FAQ

How can I contact Cultivate Natural Health and Tegan?

You can email hello@cultivatenaturalhealth.com or complete the contact form we will respond to you within 24 hours.

Where is Cultivate Natural Health based?

Tegan is currently seeing clients in person in Clapham, south London, but also sees clients virtually over zoom. Her clients range from all areas across the world, from New Zealand, to the US and all over Europe.

What approach does Tegan take with her clients?

Tegan will consider your symptoms, health history, diet, lifestyle and test results to work out what you need to restore balance. This will vary from individual to individual and could be anything from a specific nutrient interventions to lifestyle support. Tegan will then create a personalised plan and work with you on a 1-2-1 basis to help you implement this. This usually involves weekly progress calls and coaching to help you achieve your goals.

Why is this different from seeing a GP?

Tegan uses a Functional Medicine approach with her clients. Rather than seeking to diagnose, functional Medicine takes a systems-biology approach to assessing imbalance in individuals.   Functional Medicine is evidence-based and practised by a growing number of medical practitioners worldwide. However, my services should not replace your doctor. If you feel you have a medical issue that needs attention, it’s important you book an appointment with your GP.

Will you diagnose me with any critically serious diseases, like cancer?

No. Registered Naturopaths and Nutritional Therapists do not diagnose any disease states. If you feel you have a medical issue that needs attention, please book an appointment with your GP.

Is my data safe?

Yes, we adhere to GDPR regulations and take data security very seriously. For more information, read our Privacy Policy.

Why do you recommend particular tests?

Testing is worthwhile if the results affect the subsequent approach. In other words, if a test won’t change what you need to do, there’s no point in taking one. I work closely with partner laboratories to ensure that tests are as accessible and cost-effective as possible.
